105 I-5 Express: Passengers can choose to board at the Salmon Creek Park & Ride (Hwy 99 & NE 134th Street), the 99th Street Transit Center at Stockford Village (Hazel Dell), or downtown Vancouver. Service is provided directly to the downtown Portland Transit Mall, ALL DAY. Once you arrive downtown, you can catch the MAX Red or Blue Line into the Lloyd District.

164 Fishers Landing Express:Passengers board at the Fishers Landing Transit Center (SE 164th Avenue and SR 14). Service is provided directly to Rose Quarter and the downtown Portland Transit Mall. Buses run during AM and PM peak only. Once you arrive at the Rose Quarter, you can catch the MAX Red or Blue Line into the Lloyd District. Or, if you want an invigorating walk, you can walk to the Lloyd District from the Rose Quarter.
177 Evergreen Express: Passengers board at the Evergreen Park & Ride (NE 138th Avenue and NE 18th Street). Service is provided directly to Rose Quarter and the downtown Portland Transit Mall. Buses run during AM and PM peak only. Once you arrive at the Rose Quarter, you can catch the MAX Red or Blue Line into the Lloyd District. Or, if you want an invigorating walk, you can walk to the Lloyd District from the Rose Quarter.
IMPORTANT FARE INFORMATION: The only fare instruments accepted on the C-TRAN Express service are the C-TRAN Express Annual, Monthly, or Go Anywhere Day Passes. No TriMet fare instruments are accepted on this service.

44 Fourth Plain Limited: Passengers board at limited stops along Fourth Plain, including the Vancouver Mall Transit Center and Broadway & Evergreen (downtown). Service is provided to Delta Park/Vanport Station. Service is provided during AM and PM peak only. At Delta Park/Vanport Station, you can transfer to the MAX Yellow Line into the Rose Quarter. Once you arrive at the Rose Quarter, you can catch the MAX Red or Blue Line into the Lloyd District. Or, if you want an invigorating walk, you can walk to the Lloyd District from the Rose Quarter.
4 Fourth Plain: Passengers board at Vancouver Mall and numerous stops along Fourth Plain, including Broadway & Evergreen (downtown). Service is provided to Delta Park/Jantzen Beach. Service is provided ALL DAY. At Jantzen Beach, you can transfer to the TriMet #6-Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and de-board at NE Grand & Wasco.
C-TRAN REGULAR Service from East Clark County to the Lloyd District:
65 Parkrose Limited: Passengers board at Fishers Landing Transit Center (SE 164th Avenue and SR 14). Service is provided directly to Park Rose/Sumner MAX Station. At Park Rose you can transfer to the Red Line MAX into the Lloyd District.
IMPORTANT FARE INFORMATION: For regular service routes both C-TRAN and TriMet All Zone All Zone passes are accepted, as well as C-TRAN Express Annual, Monthly, or Go Anywhere Day Passes.
C-TRAN passes and tickets can be purchased at C-TRAN Passenger Service offices located at Fishers Landing and Vancouver Mall transit centers and 99th Street downtown Vancouver. C-TRAN Express and All Zone passes can also be purchased at the Lloyd TMA’s transportation store, Commuter Connection.
