C-TRAN EXPRESS Service from East Clark County to Swan Island:
164 Fishers Landing Express: Passengers board at the Fishers Landing Transit Center (SE 164th Avenue and SR 14). Service is provided directly to Rose Quarter and the downtown Portland Transit Mall. Buses run during AM and PM peak only. Once you arrive at the Rose Quarter, you can catch the TriMet 85 Swan Island.
177 Evergreen Express: Passengers board at the Evergreen Park & Ride (NE 138th Avenue and NE 18th Street). Service is provided directly to Rose Quarter and the downtown Portland Transit Mall. Buses run during AM and PM peak only. Once you arrive at the Rose Quarter, you can catch the TriMet 85 Swan Island.

C-TRAN REGULAR Service from West Clark County to Swan Island:
44 Fourth Plain Limited: Passengers board at limited stops along Fourth Plain, including the Vancouver Mall Transit Center and Broadway & Evergreen (downtown). Service is provided to Delta Park/Vanport MAX Station. Service is provided during AM and PM peak only. At Delta Park/Vanport MAX Station, you transfer to the MAX Yellow Line to Killingsworth Station, then transfer to TriMet 72 Killingsworth or to Albina/Mississippi Station, then transfer to TriMet 85 Swan Island.
C-TRAN's route #4: Passengers can board at Vancouver Mall Transit Center and along 4th Plain to downtown Vancouver before continuing on to the Delta Park/Vanport MAX light rail station. Service is provided every 15 to 30 minutes, Monday-Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Buses operate from approximately 4:30 AM to Midnight on weekdays, and 6:45 AM to Midnight on weekends. At Delta Park/Vanport MAX Station, you transfer to the MAX Yellow Line to Killingsworth Station, then transfer to TriMet 72 Killingsworth or to Albina/Mississippi Station, then transfer to TriMet 85 Swan Island.

#65 Parkrose Limited: Passengers board at Fishers Landing Transit Center (SE 164th Avenue and SR 14). Service is provided directly to Park Rose/Sumner MAX Station. At Park Rose you can transfer to the Red Line MAX into the Rose Quarter. Once you arrive at the Rose Quarter, you can catch the TriMet 85 Swan Island.
#41 Camas/Washougal Limited: Limited service is provided from Camas/Washougal to Delta Park/Vanport. At Delta Park/Vanport MAX Station, you transfer to the MAX Yellow Line to Killingsworth Station, then transfer to TriMet 72 Killingsworth or to Albina/Mississippi Station, then transfer to TriMet 85 Swan Island.
#47 Battle Ground Limited: Limited service is provided from Battle Ground to Delta Park/Vanport. At Delta Park/Vanport MAX Station, you transfer to the MAX Yellow Line to Killingsworth Station, then transfer to TriMet 72 Killingsworth or to Albina/Mississippi Station, then transfer to TriMet 85 Swan Island.

C-TRAN passes and tickets can be purchased at C-TRAN Passenger Service offices located at Fishers Landing and Vancouver Mall transit centers and 99th Street downtown Vancouver.
